Exercise Programs
Weight Training
- Full-Body Routine: We’ll work on squats, deadlifts, and bench presses to hit major muscle groups. Bent-over rows and shoulder presses will strengthen your back and shoulders, while lunges target your legs and glutes. Plank rows will add a core challenge.
- Upper Body Focus: Push-ups, incline bench presses, and lat pulldowns will tone your chest, shoulders, and back. Dumbbell flyes and tricep dips will round out your upper body strength.
- Lower Body Focus: Leg presses, Romanian deadlifts, Bulgarian split squats, and calf raises will build your lower body strength and endurance.
- Core Strengthening: Russian twists, weighted sit-ups, leg raises, and cable woodchoppers will enhance your core stability and strength.
Goal Setting

Weight Loss: If you aim to lose 10 pounds in 3 months, we’ll track your weight and measurements weekly. Your program will include HIIT cardio, full-body strength training, and flexibility work to support your goal.

Muscle Gain: Looking to add 5 pounds of muscle in 2 months? We’ll focus on targeted strength training, monitor your progress bi-weekly, and include light cardio and flexibility exercises.

Endurance: Want to run a 5K in under 30 minutes within 8 weeks? We’ll gradually increase your running distance and pace, with additional strength and flexibility training to enhance your performance.

Functional Fitness: To improve your daily movement and balance over 6 weeks, we’ll incorporate functional exercises and balance drills, along with interval cardio and flexibility work.

Pre/Postnatal Fitness: If your goal is to regain core strength and stability after childbirth in 3 months, we’ll focus on low-impact cardio, core-strengthening exercises, and prenatal or postnatal yoga.
